Winston the archaeologist said the reason he is looking for the Snow Silk is to get the Mysterious Fabric, which is made from Snow Silk. The Snow Silk is said to add Mysterious Power to any object that is made with it and he said if I'm interested in this Mysterious Fabric, to gather 10 Snow Silks and to go see Arwen the Fairy.
